Is It OK to Bring Paper in Bags? Our lowest rates are based on paper being dropped off in boxes suitable to handle the weight of the paper. Paper in bags requires extra handling. The rate for paper delivered in bags is $25 for first 100 lbs and 25 cents per pound for amount over 100 Ibs.
